Just throw together all the ingredients for a very comforting soup that everyone will love!
Prep Time: 25 minutes – Cook Time: 1 hour 50 minutes – Servings: 8
Ingredients for Hamburger Soup:
1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 C. Carrots chopped
1 C. Celery chopped
1 C. Onions chopped
6 Beef bouillon cubes
5 C. Water
8 oz. Tomato sauce
16 oz. Diced tomatoes
1 tsp. Salt
10 oz. Frozen corn
1 tsp. Dried basil
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
How To Make The Hamburger Soup:
Step 1. Brown the meat in a large pot over medium high heat. Drain any excess grease.
Step 2. Reduce the heat to medium and add in the remaining ingredients.
Step 3. Bring the mixture to a low boil, reduce the heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
