How to make Homestyle Beef and Noodles:
Step 1. Add the oil to a large pot over medium-high heat, and brown the beef in it.
Step 2. Mix in 1 onion, cut Into Wedges, and 2 tsp. garlic, minced.
Step 3. Then, add 2 cups beef broth and 2 tbsp butter.
Step 4. Next, add ½ tbsp of horseradish.
Step 5. Next, add ½ tbsp dijon mustard and 1 packet of french onion soup mix.
Step 6. Then, add ⅛ cup steak sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 1 ½ hour.
Step 4. Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Cook the egg noodles and drain well.
Step 5. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot, along with the mushrooms and egg noodles.
Step 6. Cover and continue to simmer until the mushrooms have softened.

- 3 lb. Sirloin Stew Meat
- 3 rbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, Cut Into Wedges
- ⅛ cup Steak Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
- 1 Packet Of French Onion Soup Mix
- ½ tbsp. Horseradish
- ½ tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 8 Oz. Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. Cold Water
- 1 Bag Of Egg Noodles
- Salt And Pepper To Taste

Instructions
- Add the oil to a large pot over medium-high heat, and brown the beef in it.

- Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 1 ½ hour.
- Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Cook the egg noodles and drain well.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot, along with the mushrooms and egg noodles.
- Cover and continue to simmer until the mushrooms have softened.

How do I store this or freeze it?
Once the food has cooled to room temperature, you can place it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 or 4 days. You could also freeze this by following storage instructions and placing it into the freezer for 3 months.
