Crockpot Beef and Noodles

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 12 hours | Total Time: 12 hours and 5 min | Yield: 5-6

Ingredients:

2-3 pounds beef roast

1 can (14 ounces) beef broth

1 package beefy onion soup mix

1 can 10.75 oz cream of celery or mushroom soup

2 tbsp. Minced garlic

3 cups beef broth

1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked as directed

Salt and pepper, to taste

How to make Crockpot Beef and Noodles:

Step 1. In a medium-sized bowl add the beef onion soup mix, beef broth, minced garlic, and cream of mushroom soup.

Step 2. Stir until well combined.

Step 3. Add your roast to the slow cooker.

Step 4. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the roast.

Step 5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on a low setting for about 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Step 6. Check that the meat is fork-tender.

Step 7. Using forks shred the meat to bite sizes, pour in about 3 cups beef broth.

Step 8. Stir until just mixed.

Step 9. Cover the slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on low or 1 hour on high.

Step 10. Prepare the egg noodles as directed on the package.

Step 11. Add the egg noodles to the crockpot and toss to combine.

Step 15. Cover the slow cooker and simmer for 1 hour.

Step 16. Garnish and enjoy!
