- Black pepper
- Crescent roll dough
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Thinly sliced deli ham
- Pepperoncini pepper rings
- Provolone cheese cut in half
- Large egg
- Sliced roasted red peppers

How to make Italian Crescent Ring:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees, and either grease a large round pizza tray or layer it on parchment paper.
Step 2. Unroll the crescent dough, and separate it into triangles.
Step 3. Place the dough triangles in a circular shape on the round baking sheet, with the wide ends of the dough all overlapping and creating the inner part of the circle, and the pointy ends of the dough facing outward like the shape of a sun.
Step 4. Slice the peppers into small pieces and rings.
In a bowl, combine the pepperoncini peppers, red peppers, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 5. Lay the half slices of provolone cheese on the widest part of the dough triangles, near the center of the ring.
Step 6. On top of the cheese, layer the ham, then the salami, pepper mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
Step 7. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, and tuck it closed under the inside of the circle.
Step 8. Seal the dough by brushing it with the beaten egg.
Step 9. Sprinkle with additional black pepper and Italian seasoning.
Step 10. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
