Ingredients:
For the cake:
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Baking soda
- Buttermilk
- Boiling water
- Oil
- Vanilla extract
- Eggs
For the topping:
- Mini Marshmallows
- Sugar
- Butter
- Light corn syrup
- Milk
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped pecans
How to make Mississippi Mud Cake with Marshmallow:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Add the ingredients for the cake into a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Adding the unsweetened cocoa powder.
Adding the oil.
Adding the buttermilk.
Adding the boiling water.
Adding the vanilla extract.
Step 3. Spread the batter in the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked completely through.
Step 5. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 6. Spread the mini marshmallows over the cooled cake.
Step 7. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the milk, butter, light corn syrup, and sugar. Whisk to combine, and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Step 8. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.

Step 10. Serve immediately.

Instructions
