Ingredients:
2 Avocados
2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
¼ C. Fresh chopped cilantro
½ tsp. Garlic powder
¼ C. Salsa
1 C. Sour cream
1 Package taco seasoning
1 C. Diced tomato
½ C. Chopped green onions
¼ C. Sliced black olives
1 Can refried beans
2 C. Shredded Mexican blend cheese
How to make Mom’s 7 Layer Dip:
Step 1. Layer the refried beans in the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish.
Step 2. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skins and place it in a mixing bowl with the lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, and salsa. Mash until well combined and smooth.

Step 3. Place the avocado mixture in a layer on top of the refried beans in the dish.
Step 4. Mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread it in a layer over the avocado mixture.
Step 5. Top the dip with the shredded cheese and then add the green onions, diced tomato, and black olives.
Step 6. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
