I love the combination of apples and caramel. I don’t care if it is the form of a caramel apple, apples and caramel in a cookie or just crisp apples in caramel dip. It is so good. I think I could eat it all the time.

Is Caramel Apple Dessert Gluten Free
One of the great things about this caramel apple dessert is that it is gluten-free. The ingredients in the caramel apple dip are easy to find and should not include anything that has gluten. Since the only item that is processed is the caramel sauce, be sure to check the ingredients in whatever sauce you decide to use. Look for a caramel sauce that has limited ingredients.
Are Apples with Caramel Dip Healthy
While apples are very healthy for you, caramel is not. Also, depending on the cream crease that is used for this recipe, it can also contain a lot of fat. When making this dip, if you are trying to make it a little healthier, try using fat-free cream cheese. While this recipe might not be healthy, sometimes having the dip entices people to eat the apples that they might not have eaten otherwise. I would not use this caramel apple dip as an everyday healthy diet, but including it once in a while with healthy fruit options can be part of a healthy diet.

This dip doesn’t have to be served with just apples. Any type of fruit can be used. The dip can also be used as a dessert dip. Use bear-shaped graham crackers to dip.
Does Cream Cheese Apple Dip Need to Be Refrigerated
When you make this cream cheese apple dip, you will want to keep it in the refrigerator after you have made it and after it has been served. Because this base of this dip is cream cheese, you do not want to leave it at room temperature for more than a few hours. Once the dip has been left out for longer than that, it will spoil and will not be safe to eat.
How Long Does Caramel Apple Dessert Last
When you make this caramel apple dessert dip it will stay good in the refrigerator for about 4 days. Be sure that it is covered or stored in an airtight container.
Can Apple Dip be Frozen
If you are making apple dip and find that you have leftover, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few days. However, you can also freeze the apple dip. This is a good way to have apple dip on hand whenever you want it. You can freeze the entire batch of apple dip together or you can freeze it in individual serving sized. You can freeze them in small containers as a way to have them in single servings. Another trick is to freeze the dip in ice cube trays. This creates single serve portions. Once the portions are frozen, simply pop them out of the trays and put them in a freezer bag. When you are ready for the dip, bring out however many cubes you need for the time. This is a great way to send caramel dip to school in children’s lunch boxes. Put the cube in a baggie to thaw or into a small container.
