Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2. Grab a resealable bag and add in the parmesan cheese, onion powder, olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and your potatoes.

Step 3. Make sure the bag is secure and shake it up well. You want to make sure every piece of potato is fully covered in the seasoning.

Step 4. Then transfer the seasoned potatoes onto a prepared baking sheet.

Step 5. Space evenly skin side down.

Step 6. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and soft.

Step 7. Remove from the oven and plate them.
