Should I use Kielbasa or Polish Sausage?
All kielbasa is Polish Sausage, however, not all Polish Sausage is Kielbasa. For this recipe, you can use any type of Polish Sausage that you would like. The Polish Sausage and Kielbasa are all similar.
Should I use a certain type of potato?
I do have to suggest that you use Yukon Gold potatoes. They are sturdy, yet cook up to be a creamy texture. I absolutely love the flavor of Yukon Gold potatoes.
