Sausage & Hash Brown Balls

Sausage & Hash Brown Balls are my dream appetizer because I can whip them together quickly, and they taste amazing!
They are a good appetizer that is perfect for on the go.
Football season just isn’t the same without having Sausage & Hash Brown Balls at our tailgate.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Baking Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Makes: 5 dozen
Ingredients:
1 lb spicy sausage (uncooked)
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
2 C Bisquick (set aside ½ cup in a small bowl)
1 ½ C cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 C shredded hash brown potatoes (frozen)
Directions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Prep baking pan with nonstick baking spray.
Step 3. Use a mixing bowl with a hook attachment to mix the sausage, cream cheese, 1 ½ cups of Bisquick, cheddar cheese, and hash browns.

Step 4. Roll in 1 ½ inch balls.
Step 5. Roll the balls in the bowl of bisquick.
Step 6. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7. Bake at 400 degrees for about 18-22 minutes or until a golden brown.
Step 8. Serve with a small dipping bowl of maple sausage.
