- Cream cheese
- Ranch seasoning mix
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Bacon
- Cheddar cheese
- Hoagie rolls
How to make Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken
Step 1. Place the chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar into the bottom of a slow cooker.

- 1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 8 Slices bacon cooked and crumbled

- 8 Hoagie rolls

Instructions
