Steak Bites with Garlic Butter & Mustard Dipping Sauce

There’s no need to lose your mind over complicated or expensive dishes! These steak bites with garlic butter & creamy mustard dipping sauce are the perfect dinner to serve at your next party with a couple of sides.

These buttery and garlicky steak bites can also be served as an appetizer or served alongside your preferred side dish for a complete dinner meal.

What makes these steak bites so great? They’re buttery and creamy. They’re garlicky. And the best part of it? You can make it in just 15 minutes!

With this simple and delicious recipe, you can relax and serve up a stress-free meal that will still impress all your family and friends.

Steak Bites Ingredients:

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 1/4 lbs Steak: Rib Eye, Sirloin, Strip Steak or Tenderloin (Cut into 1-inch cubes)

3 tbsp Butter

4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)

Salt and Pepper (To taste)

1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Minced)

Mustard Dipping Sauce Ingredients:

½ cup Sour Cream

¼ cup Maille Old Style Mustard

1-2 tsp Hot Sauce

1 Clove of Garlic (Finely grated)

Salt and Pepper (To taste)

Instructions:

Step 1: To prepare the sauce, make sure to combine all the mustard dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2: Add olive oil to a large skillet and make sure to heat it over high heat. Once hot, add the steak and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Cook for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring until you get a golden-brown color. Cook in batches if your skillet is not large enough, this way you will not overcrowd the skillet.

Step 4: Reduce heat to medium-low for a minute, then add the garlic and butter together.

Step 5: For 1 or 2 minutes continue to cook. Stir and make sure to cover the steak bites in the garlic-butter sauce.

Step 6: Serve the steak bites alongside with the creamy mustard dipping sauce and for the last step, garnish with parsley.
