4 thick slices of maple bacon

1 ½  cup of heavy whipping cream

¼ cup all purpose flour

Seasoning salt and black pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated croissant dough

How to make Bacon Gravy for Delicious Croissants

Step1. Follow the directions on the croissant package for proper baking.

Step2. Heat up a deep cast iron skillet and cook the maple bacon slices over medium heat for about 15 minutes ensuring to flip over half way through.

Step3. Remove bacon from the pan and place onto a paper towel to remove excess grease.

Step4. Keep bacon grease in the cast iron skillet to make the gravy.

Step5. Turn down the temp to medium-low heat.

Step6. Slowly add in the flour while whisking to ensure no lumps are left in the gravy.

Step7. Pour in the heavy cream and keep whisking until thickened.

Step8. Crumble your bacon slices into tiny pieces and add into the gravy mixture.

Step9. Finally, season with seasoning salt and pepper before serving.
