How to make White Chocolate Strawberry Cake:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, Jello mix, and softened butter until well blended.

Step 3. Add in the remaining ingredients for the cake and beat until smooth.
Adding the cake flour.
Adding the baking powder.
Adding the vanilla extract.
Adding the eggs.
Adding the milk.
Adding the pureed strawberries.
Step 4. Divide the batter evenly between two well-greased 9” cake pans.
Step 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6. Place them onto a baking rack to cool to room temperature, and then turn them out of the cake pans.
Step 7. Put one layer of cake on a serving tray or stand.
Step 8. In a saucepan over medium heat on the stove, combine the white chocolate chips, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream.

Continuously stir until the cream cheese and chips have completely melted.
Step 9. Remove the mixture from the heat and place it into a mixing bowl.
Step 10. Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until you get the desired icing consistency.
Step 12. Place a layer of icing on top of the first layer of cake.
Step 13. Put the second layer of cake on top of that.
Step 14. Ice the top of the cake and serve.

Instructions
