DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY EAT ”White chocolate sour cream Strawberry cake😋”? SMASH OR PASS??!
All of this was made with fresh strawberries, no dyes or food coloring!
SO GOOD!!
Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 30-35 minutes | Servings: 10
Ingredients:
For the cake:
2 ⅔ C. Cake flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 C. Softened butter
1 Box Strawberry Jello mix
1 C. Granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 C. Milk
½ C. Pureed strawberries
For the icing:
4 oz. Cream cheese
½ C. White chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
3-4 C. Confectioners sugar
How to make White Chocolate Strawberry Cake:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the 1 cup granulated sugar, Jello mix, and 1 cup of softened butter until well blended.

Step 3. Add in the remaining ingredients for the cake and beat until smooth.

Step 4. Divide the batter evenly between two well-greased 9” cake pans.
Step 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6. Place onto a baking rack to cool to room temperature, and then turn them out of the cake pans.
Step 7. Put one layer of cake on a serving tray or stand.
Step 8. In a saucepan over medium heat on the stove, combine the white chocolate chips, cream cheese, and 3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream. Continuously stir until the cream cheese and chips have completely melted.

Step 9. Remove the mixture from the heat and place it into a mixing bowl.
Step 10. Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until you get the desired icing consistency.
Step 12. Place a layer of icing on top of the first layer of cake.
Step 13. Put the second layer of cake on top of that.
Step 14. Ice the top of the cake and serve.
