The secret to the delicious taste of these cookies is that there is pudding in the cookies. This gives a punch of flavor and it makes the cookies stay moist.
One of the great things when it comes to these strawberry chocolate chip cookies is that it is so easy to make. These cookies are perfect for when last minute companies come over, for bake sales or when the kids come home from school or sports and say they need something for a party, which seems to be with very little notice.

How to Make Strawberry Cookies
Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat together butter with both kids of sugar.
Add in vanilla and egg, and beat until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to wet, and mix until just combined.
Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold in the chips.
Scoop into 1 inch mounds and bake for 10-11 minutes.
Allow to cool on pan for 60 seconds before moving to a cooling rack.
