1 box spice cake mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
How to make 2-ingredient Pumpkin Muffins:
Step 1. Preheat to 325 degrees.
Step 2. In a large bowl add your spice cake mix and pumpkin puree.
Step 3. Mix until combined, make sure to scrape sides.
Step 4. Line your cupcake pan with liner.
Step 5. Use a regular-sized ice cream scoop to scoop batter and drop it into the liners.
Step 6. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7. Insert a toothpick into the center of the muffin, if it comes out clean muffins are done.
Step 8. If not, bake for another 2-3 minutes.
