Whether you want to make a double batch of this pumpkin bread or have extras that will not be eaten before it goes bad, you can freeze this pumpkin bread. Once the bread has cooled and the glaze is set, you can wrap the bread as a whole in plastic wrap or you can slice it into individual pieces and wrap each one in plastic wrap. Can I Make These Pumpkin Spice Muffins
If you want to make these pumpkin spice muffins instead of bread, you can make easily change this recipe. Once the batter is made, add muffin liners to a muffin pan and then fill each one 2/3 of the way full. You will bake the muffins for about minutes. How to Store Pumpkin Bread
When you have fresh pumpkin bread you want to store it properly to help it last as long as possible. You want to store the bread at room temperature in an airtight container, wrapped well in plastic wrap or in a freezer bag. This will protect the bread from air which will make it go stale faster. While the bread can be stored in the refrigerator, the bread will taste dried out sooner when stored in the refrigerator.
