Are Croissants the same as Crescent Rolls?
Crescent rolls are made from pastry dough, Croissants are made from yeast dough. The croissant is folded and rolled many times before you form the crescent shape. The crescent can be shaped into a crescent shape right away.
Can I use crab flakes?
No, the meat is totally different. Crab meat will give the appetizer a delicate flavor and texture. Also remember to not fill the crescents with too much crab mix. It will make the crescent heavy.
What can I serve these with?
These make a perfect appetizer. However, sometimes, other people like to use them as part of a meal. They would then serve these with a bright green salad or a bowl of soup.
What are some variations?
These could be made with a different type of seafood or meat. The chosen meat could be mixed with spinach or broccoli. A different type of cheese could be used.
