Step 1. Heat oil to 350 degrees Uses a thermometer  Steam Crab for 12-15 mins until heated through.

  • 1 C Flour
  • 2 T Cornstarch
  • 1 C Buttermilk
  • 3 T Hot Sauce
  • 1 T Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 T Garlic Salt
  • 1 T Butter
  • Enough Canola oil to fry
