One of my partner’s favorite cakes is the Peach Cake with Cinnamon and Pecans. He would eat it every day if I let him! This is a dark cake with loads of Peaches and cinnamon. This Peach and Cinnamon Cake is easy to make, tastes great, and can be served as a snack, for breakfast or even used for Special Occasions.

You could certainly use canned peaches. If you prefer fresh, you can use those also.

Ingredients:

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Pecans
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Peaches

How To Make Peach Cake with Cinnamon and Pecans:

Step 1. Start by chopping the pecans and slicing the peach.

Step 2. In a large bowl whisk the 3 eggs together.

Step 3. Mix all ingredients in with the eggs until combined.

Mix everything together.

Adding pecans and sliced peaches.

Step 3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease pan (9×13)

Step 4. Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan and place in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 ½ C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ C Pecans – Chopped
  • 1 C Vegetable Oil
  • 2 C Peaches

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk the 3 eggs together.

How should this Peach Cake be stored after baking?

The cake should be stored in the refrigerator, wrapped or covered tightly. You could let the cake remain sitting on the counter for 1 to 2 days, as long as it is tightly covered. You can store it in the refrigerator for 4 days.

Can this Peach Cake be stored in the freezer?

Once the cake has cooled completely, it can be covered with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil or placed the cake into an airtight container. You can store the cake for 3 months.

Can I reheat the Peach Cake?

This is not common, however, you can reheat the cake in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds or until your serving of cake is at the temperature you like.
