This Peach Cake with Cinnamon and Pecans brought up lot of my best childhood memories with my mother! Also it’s her favorite cinnamon cake recipe!

Ingredients for Peach Cake with Cinnamon and Pecans:
2 C Flour
1 ½ C Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
3 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ C Pecans – Chopped
1 C Vegetable Oil
2 C Peaches

How To Make Peach Cake with Cinnamon and Pecans:
First:
Step 1. In a large bowl whisk the 3 eggs together.
Step 2. Mix all ingredients in with the eggs until combined.

Step 3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease pan (9×13)
Step 4. Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan and place in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
