Stuffed salmon is my preferred dinner choice because it is quick and can be made even during a busy weeknight. It is also ideal to serve at a party. I also like that some of my favorite seafood items are included in this simple dish.

Always preheat your oven at 450 degrees. The secret to the best salmon is baking it until pieces of it are slightly opaque. Typically, this means cooking it for about 13-15 minutes.
Is it better to bake salmon covered or uncovered?
It is highly advised to bake salmon uncovered. Before you put them in the oven, sprinkle just a little bit of pepper and salt over them.
Is it better to pan fry or oven bake salmon?
Pan-frying is probably the best way to cook salmon. Not only do they cook quicker this way, but they give the salmon that crunchy, crispy skin you are looking for!

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Crab meat
- Shrimp
- Mayo
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Fresh lemon juice
- Green onions
- Italian bread crumbs
- Cajun Seasoning to season the Salmon
Directions for Stuffed Salmon:
Step 1. Preheat oven and spray a cookie sheet with pam cooking spray
Step 2. Cut a slit through the middle of each salmon fillet and season the whole salmon with cajun seasoning
Step 3. In a large bowl, mix the crab meat, shrimp, mayo, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, green onions and ¼ C bread crumbs until combined
Step 4. Stuff the center of each salmon using the crab and shrimp mixture
Step 5. Top with 3 tbsp of the bread crumbs
Step 6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the salmon starts to flake with a fork
Step 7. Remove and sprinkle fresh parsley on top

- 2 – 6 oz salmon fillets
- 1 – 6 oz can of crab meat, drained
- 1 – 8 oz bag small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ C Mayo
- ¼ C shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1/2 C Italian bread crumbs
- Cajun Seasoning to season the Salmon

Instructions
