Ingredients for Seafood Loaded Potato Pan:
1 ½ lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
1 ½ lb. Smoked sausage cut into pieces
1 ½ lb. Small red potatoes cut into fourths
½ Large onion cut into larger wedges
¼ C. Crawfish boil seasoning
Parsley for garnish
- For the sauce:
1 Can cream of celery soup
4 oz. Velveeta cheese cut into pieces
⅓ C. Milk
How To Make Seafood Loaded Potato Pan: Easy Steps!
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Place 3 cups of water into a pot over medium high heat on the stove, and whisk in the crawfish boil seasoning.
Step 3. Bring the water mixture to a boil, and add in the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
Step 4. Turn the heat off to the burner and add the shrimp. Stir to put them under the liquid, place the lid back on, and let them sit until the shrimp is cooked through. Drain the liquid from the pot.
Step 5. While the potato mixture is cooking, brown the sausage in a skillet and place into an aluminium foil lined 9×13 baking dish.
Step 6. To make the sauce, combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan or pot over medium heat. Whisk and cook until the cheese has completely melted.
Step 7. Pour the shrimp and potato mixture into the baking dish with the sausage and toss to combine.
Step 8. Drizzle the sauce over the mixture and stir to combine well.
Step 9. Bake for 15 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
