- Oil with ¾ Tbsp. Chili flakes in it
- Pepper to taste
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Oyster sauce
- White cooking wine
- Green onions chopped
- Chopped cilantro and fried onion strings for garnish
How To Make 4-Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp:
Step 1. In a bowl, combine the chili oil, oyster sauce, honey, and pepper to taste.

Step 2. Heat the butter and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat, and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and saute for 2 minutes.

Step 5. Stir in the green onions.
Garnish with cilantro and fried onion strings before serving.
