Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Ginger paste
- Minced garlic
- Beef broth
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Hoisin sauce
- Pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
- Linguini noodles
How to make these Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles:
Step 1. Cook the linguini noodles to your liking and drain well.
Step 2. Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and saute until browned completely.
Step 3. Stir in the ginger paste and garlic, and saute for another minute.
Step 4. Mix in the beef broth and brown sugar and pepper.
Step 5. Then add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Step 6. Saute for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the sauce thickens a bit.
Step 7. Stir the noodles into the meat and sauce mixture and toss to coat well.
Step 8. Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste
- 5 tsp. Minced garlic
- ½ C. Beef broth
- ½ C. Soy sauce
- ¼ C. Brown sugar
- ⅓ C. Hoisin sauce
- Pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 Box linguini noodles

Instructions
- Cook the linguini noodles to your liking and drain well.
- Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and saute until browned completely.
