What you need to make these Hamburger Steak Patties:
1 lb. Lean Beef (Ground)
1 large Egg
½ cup Bacon (Chopped)
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
½ Onion (Diced)
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 cup Flour
Salt And Pepper To Taste
For The Gravy:
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 cup Beef Broth
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Water
½ tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Packet Of Brown Gravy Mix
2 cups Mushrooms (Sliced)
Salt And Pepper To Taste
How to make these Hamburger Steak Patties:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the patties except for the olive oil and flour.

Step 2. Form the mixture into 4 evenly sized beef patties.
Step 3. Dip the patties into the flour, and cook in the oil in a skillet over medium high heat until browned. Remove the patties from the skillet.
Step 4. Add the onions to the skillet and saute until softened.
Step 5. Stir in the flour, and then add the broth, worcestershire sauce and gravy mix slowly.
Step 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the mushrooms, and return the patties to the skillet.
Step 7. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
