Ingredients:
1 Pack Kielbasa (Sliced)
4 cups Green Cabbage (Chopped)
1 cup Carrots (Sliced)
2 lb. Baby Red Potatoes (Cut into fourths)
3 tsp Garlic (Minced)
1 Onion (Sliced)
8-10 cups Chicken Broth (Prepared)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Place the kielbasa into a large pot over medium-high heat, and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 2. Add the cabbage and onion to the same pot, and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3. Stir in the potatoes, carrots, kielbasa, and minced garlic.

c. Add kielbasa.
Step 4. Pour in the chicken broth.
Step 5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then simmer for 20 minutes until the potatoes have softened. Enjoy! ♥
