Why I love Kielbasa Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner?

  • Very few dishes to clean up
  • Fast and easy
  • Super flavorful and delicious

What vegetables go well with kielbasa?

There are tons of veggies that go great with kielbasa, onion, bell pepper, cabbage, potatoes and more. This is a protein that is really easy to pair with just about any veggie that you have on hand if you have the right spices and the right herbs to pair with them both.

Can I eat kielbasa raw?

Kielbasa is a sausage that is already cooked, so if you want to eat it without cooking it, you can without danger of any food borne illnesses.

Do you wash kielbasa before cooking?

Unless your kielbasa has something on it or unless it has a slippery texture, you are not going to need to clean it before you cook it. You can remove the casing if you do not like it or if you have trouble eating it, but you are otherwise not going to need to wash your sausage before you use it.

How to serve Kielbasa Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner?

This is a great dinner if you want something that is very fast, very easy and that does not take a ton of extra frills to serve. You can serve it on its own, with pasta, with other sides, or just as a side dish to your main dinner. This is a wonderful dish if you want something that is going to be great hot and that is going to be good even days after you have cooked it.

Kielbasa Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner Cooking Tips:

  • Choose the right veggies
  • Make sure you are roasting your veggies all the way through so that they are tender
  • Cut your sausage and veggies to the same size so that they all cook at the same time

Variations of Kielbasa Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner:

The best way to vary this type of dish is to switch up what type of vegetable you are serving with your sausage. You can use bell peppers and onion for a great Italian taste, you can add potatoes and cabbage as a great rich and hearty flavor. You can really change up the way that the dish tastes if you do take the time to figure out what veggies you like and what flavor you want overall.
