What is Amish chicken?
Amish Chicken is a term used to describe chicken that is raised and processed according to traditional Amish farming practices.
Amish chickens are typically raised on small family farms, where they are allowed to roam freely and feed on a natural diet of grains, insects, and grass.
The chickens are usually processed by hand, without the use of automated equipment, and are sold fresh, rather than frozen.
