Ingredients:
8 pieces of skin-on chicken
1 C. All-purpose flour
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion power
2 tsp. Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
1 ½ C. Water
How to make Amish Chicken:
Step 1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2. Dredge the chicken well in the flour mixture, and place skin side up into a well-greased baking dish.

Step 3. Whisk together the water and heavy whipping cream, and pour it over and around the chicken in the dish.

Step 4. Bake for 1 ½ hours or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is browned.
