Baked Beef and Bean Enchiladas

When you need a meal for dinner that is savory, easy to make, and filling I suggest you try the Baked Beef and Bean Enchiladas. These enchiladas will taste like you ordered takeout from the local restaurant.
But they will be even better when they are made with a dash of love added.

This recipe does not take shortcuts, but it is easy to make. The taste is absolutely fabulous. Your family is going to be begging for more. I suggest that this is made for tonight’s menu!
The mixture is the right blend of refried beans, Ground beef, and green chilis, with seasoning and enchilada sauce. Oh so good!

Should I use Green or Red Enchilada Sauce?
You could use either one. This all depends on what your family prefers. They are both great sauces.
Variations
You could add black olives or any other choices that you would normally add to your Beef and Bean Enchiladas.
Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Onion chopped
- Taco seasoning
- Refried beans
- Green chilis
- Beef broth
- Enchilada sauce
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese
- Green onion for garnish
How To Make Baked Beef and Bean Enchiladas:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, saute the ground beef and onion until the onion is tender and the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3. Stir in the taco seasoning until well combined.
Step 4. Reduce the heat to medium low and mix in the refried beans, green chilis, beef broth, and enchilada sauce. Stir to combine and simmer until the mixture thickens.

Step 5. Fill the tortillas with the beef and bean mixture, and roll them closed.
Then, place them in a single layer in a 9×13 baking dish, seam side down.
Step 6. Cover the tortillas with the enchilada sauce and top with the cheese.

Step 7. Bake for 20 minutes and then garnish with green onion before serving.

- 1 Packet taco seasoning
- 1 Can Refried beans
- 1 Can green chilis
- ½ C. Beef broth
- 1 Can Enchilada sauce
- 8-9 Large flour tortillas
- 3 C. Shredded cheese
- Green onion for garnish

Instructions
