- Hot water
- Cream cheese
- Roasted red peppers
- Olive oil
- Shrimp
- Bay scallops
- Salt
- Garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Shredded mozzarella cheese

- Ziti noodles
- Hot water
- Cream cheese
- Roasted red peppers drained and chopped
- Olive oil
- Shrimp
- Bay scallops
- Salt
- Minced garlic
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
How Do You Make Baked Ziti with Shrimp:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. In a blender or food processor pulse the cream cheese.
Step 3. Add roasted red peppers
Step 4. Add the hot water
Step 5. Blend until a smooth sauce has formed.
Step 6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 7. Add the shrimp, and scallops to the skillet.
Step 8. Add garlic and salt
Step 9. saute until cooked through. Drain any excess liquid.
Step 10. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the sauce to the skillet with the shrimp mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 11. Stir in the ziti noodles and parsley. Toss to combine well.
Step 12. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9×9 baking dish and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
Step 13. Bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Ziti noodles cooked to your liking
- ½ C. Hot water
- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 12 oz. Jar of roasted red peppers drained and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 8 oz. Shrimp peeled, deveined and cut into pieces
- 8 oz. Bay scallops
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 4 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
- ¾ C. Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

- Reduce the heat to medium low and add the sauce to the skillet with the shrimp mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ziti noodles and parsley. Toss to combine well.
- Pour the mixture into a well greased 9×9 baking dish and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.

How should I store this tasty dish?
When the Baked Ziti has cooled to room temperature, it should be placed into an airtight container. You then place the container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Seafood should not be kept for too much longer than 3 days even when it is cooked.
