2 tbsp white sugar
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

How to make Broccoli Salad:
Step 1: Mix the previously cooked bacon with the sunflower seeds in a bag and seal it.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix the broccoli, the red onion, and grapes. Add the remaining bacon, along with the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and black pepper. Stir and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for two hours.

Step 3: Before serving, sprinkle the bacon and sunflower seed mixture over the salad and mix well. Enjoy!
