Tender potatoes with the most incredible CRISPY parmesan crust you’ll ever taste.

Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

You can use any seasonings and any type of potatoes 🙂

Ingredients:

1 ½ – 2 lbs. Petite red potatoes cut half

2-3 Tbsp. Olive oil

½ C. Parmesan cheese

½ tsp. Garlic powder

½ tsp. Onion powder

½ tsp. Paprika

½ tsp. Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Greased the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil.

Step 3. In a bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Layer the parmesan mixture into the bottom of the baking dish in an even layer.

Step 5. Press the potatoes cut side down into the parmesan mixture.

Step 6. Bake for 40 minutes until tender.

Step 7. Remove the potatoes from the baking dish, cutting the parmesan crust between potatoes.

Step 8. Serve with sour cream for dipping if desired.
