Ingredients:
8 oz. Diced ham
3 C. Tater Tots frozen
12 large eggs
2 C. Cheddar jack cheese
1 Can refrigerated biscuits cut into fourths
¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Bundt Cake Breakfast Casserole:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Mix together the ham, tater tots, cheese, and cut up biscuits in a large bowl, and place it into a well-greased bundt pan.
Step 3. Whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream in a bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the bundt pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes until the egg is cooked through.

Step 5. Let cool for a few minutes, and then turn over onto a plate or platter to serve.
