- Chicken wings
- All-purpose flour
- Cajun seasoning
- Butter melted
- Maple syrup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tabasco sauce
- Oil for frying
How To Make Cajun Chicken Wings:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Add the flour.
Then, add the seasoning.
Step 3. Heat several inches of oil in a deep-sided skillet over medium-high heat on the stove until it reaches about 350 degrees.
Step 4. Add the chicken wings to the Ziploc bag with the flour and shake to coat well.
Step 5. Place the breaded wings in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove, and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 6. In a bowl, whisk together the butter, maple syrup, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce.
