Ingredients
- 2 slices texas toast
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves or your favorite preserve, optional

Instructions
- Spread butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
- Then top the bread with about ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
- Place the bread in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes or a 370°F Air Fryer for 4 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- If using, spread 1 tablespoon of preserves over each slice of cheese toast and serve immediately.
