Lay the breast on a flat surface, with a sharp knife, and slice the breast three-quarters of the way through. Do not slice all the way through, you want to be able to fold the chicken over the cheese and broccoli.

You can use frozen broccoli. Thaw it first and then chop it into small pieces. Then follow the recipe as directed.

Once you have butterflied the Chicken breast, you will be able to place the cheese and broccoli in the fold of the chicken breast. Then fold the top back over the top.
Ingredients:
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Paprika
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Broccoli florets steamed and chopped
- Minced bell pepper
- Cheddar cheese shredded
- Cream cheese softened
- Parmesan cheese grated
- Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: You can add some broccoli to the mixture.

How To Make Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breasts: So easy!
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Slice a pocket into the middle of the chicken breasts lengthwise. Be sure not to cut the chicken breasts completely through.
Step 3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 4. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of broccoli florets steamed and chopped, and ¼ cup of Minced bell pepper.
Step 5. Then, add 4 oz of cream cheese softened.
Step 6. Then, add ¼ cup of parmesan cheese grated.
Step 6. Then, add ½ cup of cheddar cheese shredded.
Step 7. Lastly, add 2 tsp of minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8. Stuff the chicken with the broccoli mixture.
Step 9. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
Step 10. Sear both sides of the chicken breasts and place them onto a baking sheet.
Step 11. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 12. Check until the chicken is cooked through.

Can I substitute the cream cheese in this recipe?
You can use Ricotta cheese in place of cream cheese. It will be slightly less creamy, but the flavor is still there.
What other types of vegetables can be used?
You could use mushrooms, spinach, or even onions. Bell peppers would also be good.
Can I make this dish in the Air Fryer?
Cook the chicken breasts first in the air fryer, Remove them and place the stuffing inside the breast. Then return the chicken to the air fryer and bake for a few more minutes.

You could swap out the cheese for another type. You could use spinach or cauliflower, or any number of other vegetables.
