Cheesy Zucchini Breadsticks

Ingredients:
4 C. Shredded zucchini
1 large egg
⅓ C. Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2: Drain the shredded zucchini of any excess liquid, and add it to a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add in the egg
A. Garlic powder
B. Parmesan cheese
C. Salt and pepper to taste and ½ cup of the Mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the zucchini. Mix to combine well.
Step 4: Press the zucchini mixture into a parchment-lined rectangular baking dish.
Step 5: Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Bake for another 10 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
Step 7: Slice into breadsticks and serve.
