The breadsticks come out so garlicky and delicious under an ooey gooey layer of cheese. These breadsticks are simple to make, it is a perfect recipe to make in under a half hour.

These breadsticks are perfect for dipping sauce. You can use any dipping sauce you like, although marinara is the most common.

Use any dipping sauce you would like. You can experiment with different flavored cheese. Add more garlic or less, depending on your tastes. Add fresh herbs to the Garlic butter mix.

Ingredients:

  • Butter unsalted
  • Minced garlic
  • Prepared refrigerated pizza crust
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Basil dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2. Press the prepared pizza crust dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3. In a small bowl, mix the butter and garlic.

Step 4. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the dough.

Step 5. Sprinkle on half of the basil.

Step 6. Top the dough with the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Step 7. Add the remaining basil and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8. Slice the dough into 12 even breadsticks with a pizza cutter.

Step 9. Bake for 15 minutes, and then reslice the sticks with the pizza cutter before serving.

  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Prepared refrigerated pizza crust
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 ½ C. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. Basil dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste
