Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Pizza dough, thawed
- Fire-roasted basil tomatoes
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pepperoni
- Fresh Basil
- Shredded parmesan cheese
How to make Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Using a 9in cast iron dish, brush the cast iron with olive oil.
Step 3. Unroll the pizza dough into the pan and up the sides of the pan.
Step 4. Using a small bowl, combine the pizza sauce and can of tomatoes.
Step 5. Spoon the tomatoes into the pizza dough.
Step 6. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Step 7. Place an even layer of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Step 8. Sprinkle with more cheese and fresh basil.
Step 9. Bake in the oven for 30 – 45 minutes or until the dough is a nice golden brown
Step 10. Allow to cool before enjoying!

- 1 can of fire-roasted basil tomatoes
- 1 small jar of pizza sauce
- 2 – 16 oz bag of Mozzarella cheese
- 1 C grated parmesan cheese
- Pepperoni for topping
- Fresh Basil and shredded parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
