Ingredients:

6 Hard Eggs (Chopped)

3 tbsp Celery (Chopped)

1 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Butter (Softened)

3 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)

Squeeze of fresh Lemon Juice

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Onion (Grated)

Croissants for serving

Instructions:

Step 1. Mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. 

a) Mix the cream cheese and the butter. 

b) Add the mayonnaise.

c) Add the lemon juice.

d) Add the celery.

e) Add the salt.

f) Add the eggs.

Step 2. Serve immediately on croissants, or chill first before serving if desired. Enjoy!
