Ingredients for Cookie Crusted Peach Cobbler:

8 Peaches peeled and sliced

½ C. Butter sliced into pieces

½ C. Brown sugar

2 C. All purpose flour

2 C. Granulated sugar

2 tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Salt

2 Large eggs

1 C. Oil

1 tsp. Cinnamon

How To Make Cookie Crusted Peach Cobbler:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Layer the sliced peaches in the bottom of a well greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 3. Scatter the butter pieces over the peaches and sprinkle the brown sugar over that.

Step 4. In a mixing bowl, beat together the remaining ingredients until a cookie dough has formed.

Step 5. Spread the dough mixture over the top of the peaches and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
