This is the sugar cookie peach cobbler that my grandma used to make, and it’s always been one of my favorites.

What is Cobbler?
Cobbler is a fruit-based dessert that will have a topping of biscuit like, or cake like topping. Most often the crust topping is crumbled over the fruit filling, this will give the dessert a cobbled appearance.

Yes, the peaches should be peeled prior to using.
Can I use frozen peaches?
Yes, you can use frozen peaches for this Peach Cobbler. Be sure that they are thawed completely before using.
Can I use canned peaches?
Yes, you can use drained peaches. Be sure to drain the peaches and discard the juice.
Ingredients:
- Peaches peeled and sliced
- Butter sliced into pieces
- Brown sugar
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Large eggs
- Oil
- Cinnamon
How To Make Cookie Crusted Peach Cobbler:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Layer the sliced peaches on the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 3. Scatter the butter pieces over the peaches and sprinkle the brown sugar over them.
Step 4. In a mixing bowl, start by adding 2 cups All purpose flour.
Step 5. Then, add 2 cups of granulated sugar.
Step 6. Then, add 2 tsp of baking powder.
Step 7. Then, add 2 large eggs and 1 cup of oil.
Step 8. Lastly, add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of Salt.
Step 9. Beat together the remaining ingredients until a cookie dough has formed.
Step 10. Spread the dough mixture over the top of the peaches.
Step 11. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm!

Instructions
