Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ – 2 lbs. Petite red potatoes cut half
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Greased the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil.
