  • Crawfish tail meat
  • Unsalted butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Wild Wonders Gourmet Medley Tomatoes
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Parsley
  • French bread

How To Make Crawfish Bread:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Prep the baking pan with aluminum foil.

Step 3. Cut the French bread in half. Cut each half of French bread lengthwise. Set aside.

Step 4. Rinse Crawfish.

Step 5. Add butter to the skillet. Melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic, cooking it for several minutes.

Step 6. Add in the tomatoes, crawfish, and cajun seasonings. Stir to blend. Saute for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Set aside.

Adding the tomatoes. 

Step 7. Add the Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley to the bowl. Stir to mix.

Step 8. Add in the tomato, crawfish and seasonings to the bowl. Stir to mix.

Step 9. Place the sliced French bread on the foil-covered baking pan.

Step 10. Scoop the crawfish mixture onto the bread. Spread it to cover the bread.

Step 11. Place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Step 12. Sprinkle the top of the crawfish-covered bread with Cobley Jack cheese.

Step 13. Place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes. Watch so that the bread doesn’t burn.

Step 14. Remove from the boiler. When slightly cooled cut into individual servings.

  • 2 packs Wild Wonders Gourmet Medley Tomatoes, 12 oz
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 C Swiss Cheese
  • ½ C Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread

Instructions
