How To Make These Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Enchiladas:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Add the ground beef and onion to a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute until the meat is cooked through and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
Step 3. Reduce the heat to medium then stir in the taco seasoning.
Then, add in the water.
Saute another 5 minutes.
Step 4. Layer ½ of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 5. Fill the tortillas with the meat filling and a sprinkling of cheese.
Step 6. Roll the tortillas closed and place them seam-side down in the baking dish on top of the sauce.
Step 7. Top the tortillas with the remaining sauce
