  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Oil for frying

How To Make Homemade Chalupas:

Step 1. Heat some oil in a deep-sided skillet.

Step 2. Fry 6 pieces of pita bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is browned and fluffy.
