Homemade KFC Bowls

These Homemade KFC Bowls make a great and easy dinner that the whole family will love.

Homemade KFC Bowls

Prep Time: 15 minutes – Cook Time: 30-35 minutes – Servings: 4

Ingredients for Homemade KFC Bowls:

8 Tyson crispy chicken strips

24 oz. Tub prepared refrigerated mashed potatoes

1 C. Corn

½ C. Prepared chicken gravy

¾ C. Shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make Homemade KFC Bowls:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place the chicken strips onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.

Step 2. Layer the mashed potatoes on the bottom of a well greased 9×9 baking dish.

Step 3. Sprinkle the corn on top of the mashed potatoes.

Step 4. Drizzle the gravy over the corn.

Step 5. Place the chicken strips on top of the mixture and cover with the shredded cheese.

Step 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
