- Tater tots
- Cream cheese softened
- Chicken breasts shredded
- Sour cream
- Bacon cooked and crumbled
- Mexican blend cheese
- Green onions chopped
- Jalapeno peppers deseeded and finely chopped

How to make Jalapeño Popper Chicken Casserole
Step 1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees, and grease a 9×13 baking dish well.
Step 2. Layer the tater tots into the bottom of the casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3. In the meantime, cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.
Step 4. Combine the sour cream, ¾ of the bacon pieces, 1 ½ cups of the cheese, ½ of the green onions, and the Jalapeno peppers in a mixing bowl. Stir to mix well.
Step 5. Fold the chicken into the mixture.
Step 6. Spread the mixture over the tater tots, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, green onions, and bacon.
Step 7. Bake for 20 minutes longer.

- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c Mexican blend cheese
- 6 Green onions , chopped
- 6 Jalapeno peppers, deseeded and finely chopped

Instructions
